This is the website of the "Remember Museum 1939-1945" which is featured in the documentary, "Let Freedom Ring". This museum in Thimister/Clermont, Belgium is dedicated to men and women who liberated Belgians from Nazi oppression during World War II.  It is a historic and educational museum.  Although guided tours are only available at certain times, it is available anytime, by appointment, for American liberators, war orphans and families who will be graciously welcomed and treated as guests.

This site features information regarding the 36th (2826th, 2827th & 2828th), 39th, 540th (2832nd & 2833rd) and the 1108th (48th & 235th) Combat Engineer Regiments, who bravely fought against the Axis powers from North Africa into Sicily, Italy, France, Central Europe and ended their tour of duty in Germany in 1945.
